MEETin.org has three basic moderators roles. If you are interested in doing on of these roles please read over and find out what fits you best.

1) REGIONAL DIRECTORS
Directors must do the following.
Director Requirements
A) Mentor all city leads as needed.
B) Make sure all cities in region have been submited to craigslist.org once a week and all newletters are sent out for each city.
C) Actively encourage new members to become leads of cities with out leads.
D) Decide on new cities to be founded in directors region.
E) Monitor cities to make sure events fit the MEETin vibe of not making money on events.
G) ( Lead Director Only ) Be a mentor for other directors.

2) LEAD ADMINISTRATOR OF A CITY
The leader of the group must do the following to be the leader.
Minimum Leadership Requirements
A) Send out the newsletter once a week or get ASST to help.
B) Have one happy hour or get someone to have a happy hour once every month to let new and old members meet each other.
C) Have one event planning meeting monthly/quarterly. Invite all event planners and anyone who wants to plan events to talk about events idea.
D) Be the point of contact for the group. Help members with any questions or refer them to the right person.
E) Advertise the group. ( Must post to craigslist.org at least once a week )
F) Should be a highly active member in his/her city.
G) Train Asst Admins to help you as needed ( based on city size ).
Optional
H) Be the contact with the local press when needed.
I) Plan and execute official events as needed.
( the leader can have help from other members on all requierments )

3) ASST ADMINISTRATOR
This person helps the leader moderator. if you have less time but really want to help the group grow this is the place for you.
Minimum Asst Admin Requirements
A) Help out the leadership with any tasks required. (A-F)
B) Assist admin should help with the CL posts.
Optional
D) Plan many events for the group.

4) WELCOME WAGON TEAM
This person helps the leader moderator. .
Optional Requirements
A) Plan welcome wagon member events for your city.
B) Help out the leadership with any tasks as needed related to new member events.
C) Help welcome new members on the site .
D) Post news about events.
E) Help execute official events as needed
F) Send out weclome letters to new members

5) EVENT PLANNER
This job requires the least time but is a helpful role in getting events rolling. If you do not have the time it takes to help out to the fullest this is the job for you.
Minimum Event Planner Requirements
A) Just plan events once in a while. At least one event every couple months.
B) Help once in a while with other events.

6) MEMBER PLUS
This are members who do not require approval of events as they will understand the vibe of the group as a whole.
