Event Hosted By Laura Start slideshow Laura's goodbye pub night Written By Laura 08/29/2005 click for full size We have gone to the Rusty Gull before but this time it was more fun than ever before. By some sort of strange reason, everyone (except for 3 people out of 20 or so) decided to dance. It was so much fun. Mike Henry and the Mostly Marleys took our requests, including Anita's 'One Love' and my 'Buffalo Soldier'. Most importantly he sang Happy Birthday to Sue. Too bad Jim only got me to sing for him. My goodbye celebrations were so much fun, it felt like a welcome not a goodbye. :) More Photos

anita	... i just put it up as my fave event. You all were so cute dancing it up out there!!! They played my request... it was for Could You Be Loved, close Laura. I had fun, and it was good to see everyone, and I was on a buzz from getting pierced. I miss you already Laura!!!
Candace	*sniff* Laura, I wish it WAS a welcome and not a goodbye. You welcomed me to Vancouver a year and a half ago, and I'm going to miss you like crazy. You're going to be the best PhD ever, I just know it.
