Event Hosted By Amanda Start slideshow Successful Seawall Adventure Written By Amanda 05/30/2004 click for full size The forecast called for rain, but 11 intrepid adventureres (Amanda, Charles, Sue, Scott, John, Rob, Maddy, Ram, Yasmin, Sean, and Edward) decided to brave the elements and face the challenge of the newly-renovated Stanley Park seawall; 10 survived. The weather came through for the event, and the sun even took intermittent peeks through the clouds to check on the group's progress and give them a chance to work on their tans. Congratulations to the newbie skaters for putting forth such a tremendous effort! Hopefully they'll come out next time, despite any spills or sore muscles they had after this afternoon's encounter.
