The trails are quite shady so it wasn't nearly as hot as our run at False Creek last time. We managed to make it around the entire lake (about 11km), taking a few breaks along the way. Afterwards, we checked out the Nature House which had an interesting display of local flora and fauna including a rare man/bat specimen originally from somewhere in Asia. More Photos

Ying	Piper Spit? btw, i knew the reason for naming the "still creek", the water's not moving most of the time. But, where did "Piper Spit" come from? make you wonder....hope it wasn't what i think it was.....
