Written By rudy 08/01/2009 click for full size Ying and I enjoyed a fun, leisurely jog around the False Creek seawall, stopping at various locations to see the sights (and catch our breath). Including an extended stop at Granville Island to check out the artistic scene. And a post-run frappuccino at Starbucks really hit the spot on such a warm day (and their air conditioning didn't hurt either). On the way home, I stopped at the Powell Street Festival at nearby Woodland Park to see what was up and to grab some inari sushi to munch on. More Photos

Ying	Haven't felt the muscle pain yet! I haven't felt the muscle pain 3 days after the 6K run, which means I can definitely kick it up a notch in terms of raising the intensity of the run. Weekly event? not a problem til the rain season arrives.

Ying	Perfect stress reliever Nice event! Great company, spectacular scenery, it¡¯s a perfect way to release every stress in less than 3 hours. I would love to have this as a weekly event in different places!
