WELL folks, it was a great event. Rudy missed out as he arrived late and didn't have a cell phone with, but 8 others showed up and we had a fantastic afternoon and evening! Siting on the lawn with perfect weather, sunny with some clouds to cool, not too hot and a light breeze! The orchestra was of course first class. The VSO played a variety of classics and new stuff to keep our feet tap'n! The sunset was equally as fabulous and as we munched 'n munched on goodies we knew that we were lucky lucky people! rudy	Yup, I was late... ... and couldn't find anyone after wandering for around 30min. I decided to cut my losses and go home since I'm not too comfortable sitting in a crowd that large on my own. Good to see that so many others made it ok though. Lesson learned: I probably shouldn't commit to these kinds of events unless I have someone to go with.
