CARD or GAME night???
HEY Everyone:
Just wondering if anyone's interested in a game or card night?
I have a few good board games, and love playing cards.

Well, for me, it really depends on the week. If you're thinking of next weekend, Friday and Saturday (i.e. Oct 23/24) are ok for me. Midweek would work as well.

HI Folks:
It's been a challenging week so far and last wasn't any better. I wanted to know what day of the week is best? Friday Saturday evening or another day. I'm in the midst of a job search, so sorry for the delay, as mentioned.

Where and when does everyone want to meetup?
I'm still in recovery mode, so Saturday would work better for me.
Where: New West? Burnaby? What place is best? Please let Rudy and me know, all of you. So far I think New West my take the vote.

Yes, you are right - I remember a little cafe in new west called the orange room. Somthing like that maybe...

Locations
As far as location goes: I know that Erin and Jasmine used to have good success hosting games nights at local coffee shops, which might be a good option. Having it at my place would be convenient for me, but I'm not sure about others.

when to start?
Hi Rudy:
ok,... but I will be a way for a few days and after that a weee bit busy I'm sure, so why don't we aim comfortably for October 9th-ish??
That gives me a few days to recoup me and my life enough to organize something.
So... whomever has a few tables and some space and would like to host - Rudy if that's you then terrific, but I was just posting it for the fact that I have some cool board and card games. ...we can be as few as 4 people getting together or more of us meeting at a location/home...)

That would be good, I remember playing Jasmine's "Apples to Apples" game at one event; that was a fun game. Unfortunately I'm sadly lacking in any board games of my own.
