I have a room available in a 3br house, centrally located south of TMC. Huge yards, mountain view, washer/dryer, front porch and AZ room. Bedroom is 12 x 14 with wood panel flooring, furnished with a queen bed. Cable internet access. Share bathroom. I'm looking to rent out through December. Shorter term and month-to-month ok; longer term negotiable. $475 mo. includes utilities. $200 security deposit (negotiable), 1st and last not required. Prefer no live-in pets. Visiting pets always welcome. Non-smokers only, please.
