Bad Ass
I enjoyed the movie very much. Yes you have to overlook some plot-holes or unrealistic events. There was too much of the bad guys for some reason have really bad aim. The biggest headscratcher for me is why was he and the Albanians speaking english? If he was a French officer wouldn't he speak french?
Now to the reasons I really liked it. He displayed such an amazing passion. This dude would do anything to get his daughter back safely. Also the action was awesome. I'm not a big action guy, but this action was awesome. He was a total bad ass. He made James Bond look like a sissy!

the movie was alright, not worth the $, another hero goes to EU and kick some @$$,,, plus a reallllly bad bad bad bad bad ending.. I was disappointed.

Worth watching
I too liked this movie. It was entertaining, albeit not 100 percent believeable, for the reasons mentioned. Neeson passing him off as a French police officer at the Albanians' hideout was not at all believeable! However, at least they did touch on the subject of human trafficking, which supposedly is the biggest crime committed world-wide after drugs and illegal weapons. It was worth the price of admission...

Good but......
many of the scenes were not believable. For one, the part where Neeson walks into the Albanian hideout and passes himself off as a French Police official. You would think his lack of an accent or suspicious questions would be detected by the Albanians. Then again, who said Albanians were smart.... Secondly, the scene where he finally finds his daughter at an elite bidding auction for the sexually deviant and ends up being ambushed. He escapes death once again by a loose bolt in the wall without injury. You kidding!!! I could go on but my premise would be the same. Human trafficking is a subject matter I'm passionate about and the movie does delve into the despicable aspects surrounding this international criminal enterprise. However, this film would like you to believe that one man could go on mission across France, kill anyone that gets in his way regardless if your a lowlife scumbag or wealthy sheik and break international law without any consequences. During the end of the movie when Neeson arrives at the airport with his daughter, I was expecting him to be arrested soon after. Nope, he just goes on with his life as if nothing ever happened. Too bad that's not the way the real world works!

This movie was very good. I don't usually like action movies but I liked this one. I'm not giving it as many stars as I usually do because I was closing my eyes at some of these "action" parts. hehe.
