Event Hosted By Mona Start slideshow Tea Lounge and Dinner Written By Mona 02/27/2007 click for full size Nine of us spent a relaxing afternoon at The Tea Emporium. They have over 100 teas to choose from and we all got different kinds. And let's not forget the fluffy blueberry scones served warm with butter and jam. Each pot of tea came on a little tray with hourglasses to ensure the proper steeping time. Very fancy! We chatted over tea for two hours, then five of us crossed the street at Fat Cat for dinner. Although we did not have reservations, they put a table together for us and because we got there early, we had the chance to be greeted by the chef/owner. Nancy and I ordered elk, Rose and Nick were very happy with their salads and Karen enjoyed her monk fish pasta. It was a great dinning experience. Thank you all for coming out to the event.
