Once upon a time, a great warrior woman named (Liz) sailed the (Pancake Adventure) Sea. The (Pancake Adventure) Sea is about 11,234 feet long. She got to the Island of (Fancy) (Harpsichords), and stepped out of her boat. (Liz) was very (animated) from the (frustrated) distance that she traveled, but all of a sudden, she saw some (pointy) creatures (painting) toward her. (Liz) screamed, “Zoinks!” She took her (seven-toed sloth) out of her bag, and (fainted) every (hackeysack) on that island. Unfortunately, there was still a (hamster) that (Liz) didn’t see, and the (hamster) snuck up behind (Liz) and killed her. A nanosecond later, a rescue ship found (Liz)’s body on the island and buried her next to an (Arby's) in (Delaware). Today, a (3)-foot statue of Liz stands in (the refrigerator), and each month a large group of (tiny dancers) meet to sing ("Come Sail Away", Eric-Cartman-style) to honor her. One day, I was at Palmers. It was a rough day and the button was biting slowly. All of a sudden, I saw a person. She had yellow hair, and bright purple eyes. Liz was hanging out with a slimy group of door handles, but you couldn’t miss her because she was wearing such bubbly socks. Liz is very friendly and smart, and when she skips, she always seems to know what she is squishing about. If you enjoy scratching, jumping, or, swimming Liz is the friend for you! Liz is the mos caring and giving person in Meetin or that I've ever meet for that matter, she will open her house to anybody. She throws great parties and is an awesome cook and baker! Also she is the mother of the cutest Pancake in the WORLD!! Liz, you will be Missed!!!  <-( Kao says ;-)

Hi Liz, thanks for setting up the Blues Brunch. Carrie and I had fun getting out and meeting some new people...and eating some great food. Liz is by far one of the most generous people I’ve ever met in my life. You have to keep a close eye on the message board with her in charge, because she will throw a party at the drop of a hat. Kind, thoughtful, and fun,… all packaged within five feet of fatal fury.  <-( Stephanie says ;-)
What can I say about Liz that hasn't already been said? I still remember the first day I met her when she sheepishly came into the Wild Onion and asked if I was with MeetIn. I think that was the first and last time I remember her being shy :) The rest since then has been a lot of laughs, awesome dinner parties, parties, and goofiness. She's a super cool person with a big heart and always makes sure everyone is having a good time. Plus, her cooking skillz blow my mind! I'm not completely convinced yet that voodoo isn't involved somehow. Even though she says it's all about the hype, all the good things you hear about her are true. No hype involved. Oh my! where to start? Liz is great! She is definately the hostess with the mostess! She has the greatest BBQ's and is fun to be around. She's bright, funny and always makes sure everyone's having a good time. She's totally awsome!!!  <-( Becky says ;-)
Liz is one of the greatest people I've met in the Twin Cities! She is incredibly fun, funny and very generous and giving. Thanks for all the great summer bbq's! They made the summer fantastic!  <-( Hattie says ;-)
Liz is wonderful! She is the best chef and is always willing to host a BBQ at her house and feed everyone the most yummy food! She is a great friend and is always fun to hang out with. Kickball would be nothing without Eliza-death!  <-( Sandra says ;-)
Liz is one of those people who you just enjoy being around. She's upbeat, makes you feel comfortable, and has some of the most varied interests around. How she manages to be involved in so many things is amazing to me. She's also very open-minded about trying new things. You simply cannot meet a nicer, funny, and interesting person.
