The Thirteenth Floor - Viewed 2560 Times
The whole movie is very slow pace, and it doesn't make sense what they are proposing.
Acting is very poor here also, particularly from Vincent D'Onofrio (yes, from Law and Order), who overacts. Lead Craig Bierko (who?) and Dennis Haysbert don't help either.
Avoid.
