Zoolander Skit 2004 Written By Lauren 12/27/2004 Zoolander skit 2004 and review from 12/04. What a lady, what a night! My friend Lisa put together a skit in her organization, and a lot of us East Bay and South Bay Meetin people got to enjoy, or be a “live,” part a very special evening. For those of you that don’t know Lisa, she is an events planner in MeetinSJ, as well as a moderator of two other groups. Her energy and enthusiam, keeps us all on on toes. Her positive energy is something that can’t be beat. She is a go getter, and someone to be admired! It started with a crazy dance and eveningwear pics... Three couples pared up to bring everyone a spectacular array of visual, and well-practiced choreographed dance! The ladies and the men looked very elegant, and very much like pros. Next, we had the Micheal Jackson dance. It was a pretty intricate dance in which much practice was needed. This was not a dance you could just jump into and imitate. The song, if you picture in your mind was, "smooth criminal". That song rocked the house! Atfter that dance, we had the casual fashions, but for some reason, not all the pictures came out for that portion of our show. In continuance, there were the sporty fashions. I think the rock climber absolutely stole the stage here. She had, grace, style and the zest for a full day of rock climbing. All gear in tow! Some of us were wearing our sweats because we just wanted to be cool like that! Last, but not least, was the, "Car Wash!" Yes, remember the "Car Wash", song from the 70's? Smooth Criminal might have rocked the house, but this was the song that brought down the house. Everyone was freestyle dancing at different parts of the song. It was a delight to be up there, and it was the dance in which hundreds of pictures were snapped. So much action, and what a zest for life these people have! These are things dreams are made of. These are the very things you want to take with you. So, gather up your nastalgia and re-live them always. These are memories you share with your kids, grandkids, or fellow family members and friends. Life is so short. Please do not let a moment pass you by! |
