$724 / 1br - Sub Leasing SOU Austin Apt

I will be sub leasing my 1/1 apt at the end of May 09 or the first week of June 09 through your new lease agreement.
The rent is $724 a month + water due at the 1st. Prices are subject to change. The apt is 691 Square Ft and is on the 3rd floor facing South Lamar.
You will have a Full-size washer & dryer to the side in the kitchen, a Refrigerator with Ice Maker, High-Efficiency Heating & Air and a ceiling fan in the bedroom with a huge walk in closet with a tall mirror. They are building a lap pool, hot tub and a gym.
If you are interested. You will fill out a application, then once approved you would sign a new lease & the electricity and water would have to be put into your name.
