Of course we had a good time! It was Bob Schneider and his band!
The venue was Floore's Country Store, which I personally had never been to but was well pleased with it. Not only is it a great venue, but it gives you great access to the performers. Tim was the first to arrive last night and saved a table for us. He's such a goof, when I asked him to move forward and grab some of the front tables, he 'raised the roof' instead! Jessica and Kathy arrived at about the same time we did. We had a great time talking and laughing before the show. Lydia was there as a surprise! She lives in the area and decided to drop in with her young daughter and daughter's friend. Jose and Theresa came to visit with us as well. Theresa was cutting Jose's hair and talked him into making a surprise appearance. Theresa had to leave early to prepare for an appointment the next day, but Jose not only played drink fairy, but he came back and stayed for the rest of the show! Chris and I closed down the show and closed down the event. Everyone left early to avoid the crowds and I was oblivious! I had found an open spot on the guardrail and spent the night leaning against the speaker and watching the show. It was wonderful, but I'm not sure my internal organs will ever be the same. I hope everyone had a great time! I was lost in the rockshow and didn't get to say goodbye. Thanks for coming to enjoy Bob with me! Pictures of the event! |

You know... I am bummed that I missed this. Bob Schneider just looks yummy. I can only imagine what a great time you guys had. I'm happy to see the great turnout. Good job with the write up, Jami! Gee, for a second there, I thought I wrote it (teasing). :) |
