Shad is the MAN! The only guy I know whose very loudness will get the bar's owner to buy him a "Mule Kick" shot. (Yeeaahh!) All of this after - with Shad on point - a group of us pretty much took over the Collective Soul concert a few weeks back. Shad's also the guy who invited me to see one of my favorite bands - Cracker - at the Gallivan Center's Free Concert Series. (Best. Time. Ever!) So I've gotta say we've had some ridiculously good times! He's also the only guy in the world who owns every note that Depeche Mode ever recorded. That might not be a plus in everyone's book, but hey, who's asking them?!? If it's a "Shad Event" I'll be there, because it's guaranteed to be more fun than anything else going on in SLC that night. PLUS, as an ADDED bonus, Shad's events almost ALWAYS get my personal "Hella Good Time" certification.* *Kinda like a freshness guarantee on your beer... But WAY more credible because it's ME certifying it. As an accredited "Fun Meter" evaluator and authorized calibrator, you can trust my opinion on how much fun is actually being had - as opposed to some faceless office drone who doesn't even work in the beer factory!

Shad is such a cool guy. I met him recently when he and an old friend of mine came to Vegas for a long weekend. I took them both to a couple of MeetinLV events and we had a total blast! He's generous, sincere and just an all around REAL and nice person. Can't wait to visit SLC and hang out with the Meetin group up there! *Elvis Lives!!*
