MiDC challanges MiRichmond to Lazer Tag
Meet in Richmond,
When I lived in West End Richmond in the 80's (NO! I wasn't a snob!) There weren't any Lazer Tag venues. Now I see that Richmond has a 5,000 SF arena. Here up in Northern VA, we have a 64,000 Square Foot arena - WITH UNLIMITED PLAY FROM 8PM-1AM FOR ONLY $13 .... COME PLAY !

Come see why the 64,000 square foot lazer tag arena with 2 floors in Falls Church VA is the best within a 6 hour drive, or any that I know of on the east coast.
Dense urban warfare down narrow allies, sniper rooftops, dimly lit bases, and black light, turns 9-5 desk jockys into blood thirsty lazer tag Freaks!
Two times we had 40 MEET IN Meeps playing, other times the number was in the mid 30's, some don't RSVP, they just show up. So the number shows 28 on the RSVP when 34 showed up.

We have a GREAT DEAL you can't beat down there!
First we eat pizza buffet at Cici's for 4.99 from 6pm-7:15pm: 2 salads, 2 pastas, 14 custom made pizzas made at your request, 3 desserts, plus your choice of drinks with free refills. The Cicispizza buffet is only 1\4 mile away from Ultra Zone.
Then Friday and Saturday nights we meet at 7:30 to group together and check in. From 8pm-1am UNLIMITED PLAY for only $13. You pay what ... $18 for three games? We usually play between 9-11 game per night -- for only $13.
The record set by "Kev-Dog" and Myself was 15 games in one night. The alarm clock was turned off the next morning.

Don't be scared if a "Glowing Darth" ambushes you, scares you, deactivates you, then walks away smiling. If you're deactivated, and you can't see who shot you ... It was a Darth.
Are there any challangers in Richmond, or are you all just hanging out at Shockoe Slip or BWW? :-) Chuckle.

We had a great time last night 7\27\07 at Ultra Zone in Falls Church VA, as a "Meet In VA Beach Meep" joined us for a night of blasting and sweating!
The last 4 games (If not most of the night) of the night the top three Meet In DC Darths came in 1,2,4 - 1,2,4 - 1,2,4 - and 1,2,4 out of 35 players.
We won every single game of the night except one, and We had a MiDC Zapper in 1st place almost every single game of the night 8 of 9. But ... I will take into account that this is on our home ground.
Here's what I propose:
MiRich comes up to DC and plays us here. Spend the night, then attend other MiDC events on Saturday (Soccer, hiking along the Potomac River, Smithsonian, sporting event, party, BBQ, etc)
20 Meet In DC Zappers are signed up already for the July Lazer Tag, but I'm 100% positive that 27 will show up! I'm also expecting more to sign up before Friday. Any VAB Meeps coming to this one?
