I can help you out, from here in DC
Richmond Meeps,
I go down to Richmond about once a month, either for soccer reasons, or my massage company business.
Hi Carl, Aaron, Bobby, Fones, Guilette, Mandie, Rene, Mike, Mirek, Larry, and Cheryl. I know some of you are in Meet In Richmond. Also to my friends from Skipwith, Crestview, Tuckahoe MS, Steward, Christ Church, 4-H, West End Academy of dance, and all the girls from the other schools. " How you doin'? " Joey from Friends.
One of my Richmond Employees is on a Roller Derby Team. I'll go down to see her bout, I'll make it a MiRic event. The MiDC meeps up here did that recently.
Next time I referee a Kickers, Destiny, Future VCU, UofR game, orworking a tournament at Striker Park, I'll post it and can get several of you in for FREE.
Most of the time it's hitting "B-Dubs" Buffalo Wild Wings on West Broad for various reasons. Soccer, "just passing through", Business, conference, or the best two reason "Hey, The Sun is Shining" or "Hey It's raining".
Located across from Hooters east of Parham. (And I know how to cerrectly say Parham, Powhite, and Norfolk)
Glory Days on Ridgefield parkway just off Pump road is another popular cow spot.
Too bad Mechanicsville Mulligans is gone :-( (Sigh)
From 1979 to the late 80's I had to say, "I'm from West End ... But I'm NOT a snob!"

Advice from Gracie in TX
The Trick is...
Have something at least once a week. People will start checking the board more often once they see things are appearing.
If you look at San Antonio, we were pretty sleepy for a while but when moved there, I started putting anything and everything on the board. If I wanted to go to dinner, on the board, movie, on the calendar, HH...whateve came up. Now the calendar is filled and we went from 4 to 5 people at an event to 15 to 20 (we had some events with 27...wow!).
So, even if it is just you and a friend going to dinner, put it on the BOARD!!!!! Just get events on there!
I know there are people joining Meetin Richmond! Feel free to host an event or join some of the ones on the board! Meetin has been a great experience for many people! Start your journey today!
