Celia's Best MEETin Event Story .......

After a year in the top spot, the MEETinPhilly BBQ/Luau has been unseated by Bibi's "Mosh Pit Polka" event at the ICA on Boston Harbor. A group of us took advantage of the free dance lessons then showed off our new "Polkasonic" skills at a sunset concert by Grammy Award-winning group Brave Combo. (You haven't lived 'til you've done punked-out versions of the Chicken Dance & the Hokey Pokey with 300+ strangers on a disco-light covered pier.) We rounded out the night with a trip to Plow & Stars in Cambridge for some food, drink, and more live music. Good times!
