Exploring Vysehrad, 30-3-08 Written By Russ 04/01/2008 click for full size
Enjoying some of the best weather yet this spring in Prague, a group of about 20 of us explored the "other" castle in Prague, Vysehrad. We met at the metro station of the same name, walked down to the fortress, walked along the fortifications, and then toured the grounds and cemetery, taking in the famous statues by Myslbeck and the tombstones of many famous Czechs, such as Dvorak, Mucha, Nemcova and Neruda.
