Hi
Im new to the area and in the past have used Meetin events to get to know new places and people!
I see there are 20 plus people but no events!
UMMMMM anything I can do to help change that??

Yes - get those events going! Post it and they will come! It's not as hard as it sounds, you don't really have to do anything, but post up a dinner, happy hour, or movie. Everyone has to eat, drink, and have fun, right?

How about we organize something at the Maine Bean In North Windham ( yeah I know its not Portland) or a place like acoustic coffee in Portland?

Hey Rachel, Glad to know you are interested in an event! I'm actually in rural Maine for the summer, but will be returning to the Portland area in September and I promise to plan heaps of events! So hang in there!

Can you host an event? Let me know if you would like to, we can get the ball rolling here in Portland. The group has just started up, and i think it's about time to have our first event. Do you know of a place to hold a HH? It would be a good way to meet new people from portland.
