$500/month plus 1/2 utilities ($750 for a couple). You would have 2 adjoining rooms upstairs all to yourself, as well as share the rest of the house.
There's a large desk that you're welcome to use. 2000 sq. feet total. Large kitchen and dining area, living room, 2 full bathrooms, finished basement, fireplace. W/D. Great backyard.
Share with a mature, easy-going quiet, non-smoking, politically left, 40-something woman musician and her sweet, older cat. Another cat would be okay. Looking for quiet, responsible person. No heavy partiers.
