What better excuse for a party with tons of friends?! Thanks so much to everyone who piled over to my place to help celebrate my birthday in style... if you consider BBQing, drinking, hot tubbing, jello wrestling and karaoke stylish, which frankly, I do! Impossible for me to get an accurate headcount of all the folks who were there - especially after an abundance of Slippery Nipples - but over 150 people made it over, huge thanks to all of you! Super-special thanks to KJ Edwin for providing karaoke, and to Tiffy & Patty for bringing absolutely delicious birthday cakes, and for managing to get me to stand still long enough for a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday :) Apologies for everyone I slimed post-jello wrestling (haha!) - of course it wasn't really jello - the thought of sugar-crazed raccoons rampaging around my yard didn't appeal, and besides, just how does one refrigerate that much jello in the first place?! In fact it was a product that goes by the resplendent name of 'Yuck', and cleaned up quite nicely. As per usual for these parties, many folks missed getting captured in pixels - or were just avoiding the MiPL paparazzi ;) Others, of course, were throwing themselves in front of the camera at every opportunity (particularly me). Many thanks to everyone who forwarded their photos for inclusion here - the pictures of course tell the story - the birthday girl quite clearly had a fabulous time, and hopes you did too!
