Event Details ALL event planners are encouraged to attend. This is one of the few times we have the opportunity to all be together to discuss various topics so the more the merrier! Q: What's the meeting for? A: We'll be helping plan 'new member' events, discussing other initiatives to welcome new members, brainstorming event ideas large and small, and anything else which might come up pertaining to event hosting. It's all about the events! Q: Who can come to this meeting? A: Anyone with Event Planner status! This being those people who've already hosted several or many events, and who no longer need to wait for their events to be approved. Hope you can come! Q: I've hosted several events, but don't have Event Planner Status yet. Can I still attend? A: Yes, please do! Also please click on 'MiPL City Hall Help' in the top right corner of the screen, and send a note to one of the Local Website Admins about a status change. Q: I have an issue with the website/a policy/something else - can I come and talk about that? A: Sorry, that's not what this meeting is for. You can contact the Local Website Admins for advice, or send a question directly to the Webmasters (click on 'Website support' at the top of the page - there's an 'FAQ' there as well.) Q: What is the 'Welcome Wagon', specifically? A: The Welcome Wagon is a group of Event Planners who have volunteered to do a little bit more, by hosting or helping out at 'New Member' events, maybe also some larger events, and by actively looking out for folks who are new to the group at Minglers and other MiPL activities (of course, all MiPLers are encouraged to do that!) Q: I'm an Event Planner - can I become an official 'Welcome Wagon' member? A: Yes, of course! Just ask!
