    Your Interests
Racquetball, tennis, wine-tasting, dogs, Pirate games, Penguin games, live music, rollerblading, and anything else that results in me and whoever I'm with having one helluva good time. Pretty much anything physical...and pretty much anything that's not physical. Hell, just suggest something to do, and there's a pretty good chance that I'll be up for it. Try me. G'head. Try me.
    Favorite Music
Prince, Springsteen, Disturbed, Ingrid Michaelson, Linkin Park, and many more. The list goes on and on.
    Favorite Books
"Marley and Me." I'm not much of a reader. I prefer magazines and stuff with lotsa pictures and not too many big words. Okay. I'm kidding about that whole "no big words" thing. I'm definitely not a moron...I just would rather do nearly anything else other than read.
    Favorite TV Shows
The Office, My Name is Earl, South Park, Seinfeld, All in the Family, Desperate Housewives, What Not to Wear, My Boys, etc.
    Favorite Movies
American Beauty, Chasing Amy, Monty Python and the Holy Grail

    About Me
Ya know, I could type a whole lotta stuff here, but I just don't feel like it. Mostly because I've already done this on my Facebook page and my MySpace page. Click on those and find out everything you could possibly wanna know about me and then some.

I used to run the Ultimate Frisbee games in Schenley Park. If interested in joining our Yahoo Group for discussion on all things Ultimate, go here:

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PGHUltimateFrisbee

I also run a Group for people to find exercise partners in the area. If interested in that, go to:

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PGHExercisePartners

    Why I joined
To find interesting things to do around the area and to expand my social circle. A person can't know too many people, ya know? There's no such thing as having too many friends.
My Best MEETin event story ( please only fill in after you have been to an event )
I really can't narrow this down to any favorite events. Pretty much everything I've done in MeetIn has been fun and I've found myself always surrounded by good people. And that's what it's all about.

John is the greatest! Seriously, I've known him a few years now and besides being a great guy, he's introduced me to lots of other wonderful people. He's fun, honest and his events are always a blast! Can't say enough about him.

    <-( Jennifer says ;-)
John really deserves the name "Good Buddy". He's just such a nice guy, you can't even believe it. He's also smart, which is not so common these days (well, inside Meetin it's common, but still). All that and he loves dogs, too. Whatta guy!

    <-( Chelsea says ;-)
I can't believe I haven't given Good Buddy John a testimonial.. but really nothing on here could attest to how awesome he really is in person! He is someone everyone needs to meet. He knows how to bring the life to the party and is not afraid to wear his sexy pants (although I am still trying to figure out what they are).

    <-( Michelle says ;-)
I also meant to do this sooner...I don't know John well, but he is very personable and quite talented with his humorous writings...and what else could be said on the Halloween costumes...this guy has some...well, you know! John, you bring a lot of fun to this group!

    <-( Jennifer says ;-)
Should have written this a long time ago given that I see John at least once a week for frisbee! Anyway, I'm always impressed with how much he is willing to throw himself around the field. At the same time, he doesn't make lesser athletes feel crappy about it! He's a good guy, and I have a good time if he's around!

    <-( Mary says ;-)
This testimonial is long overdue. I first met John at the St. Patty's Day festivities. Without a doubt, the testimonials that pave the way before mine are truthfully right on the money. John is fun to be around, he loves life, enjoys the moment, and makes it a point to be sure all are having a good time, even if it is to be the result of the craziness he exuberates just because he wants to make us laugh. And any man who would agree to co-hosting an event with a complete stranger gets a double thumbs-up from me. I look forward to seeing this great guy at more events - and so should you.

    <-( Terri says ;-)
What can I say...John is one of my bestest friends. Great guy...is always there for me (and everyone else for that matter). You can always count on John! Plus, he's truly insane and a ton of fun to hang out with!

    <-( Rebecca says ;-)
I've only known John for a short 3 weeks, but in that time I consider him a great friend. Aside from his inability to make a decision ;) He never fails to make me laugh and it's guarenteed good time when he's around.

    <-( Rowan says ;-)
John is a great friend. He is down with anything active. But loves just going to a bar and having great conversation too. He is a lil anal and OCD, but aren't we all a lil. But the man loves his dogs and his chicken wings. lol

    <-( Maaz says ;-)
John's a good guy! He hosts ultimate frisbee and always makes sure that everyone is having a good time and addresses any problems. In addition, I've seen him at several other events and he always does things to keep everyone entertained!

    <-( Sana says ;-)
As soon as I met John it was feeling like I knew him forever - such a comforting person! Very reliable and responsible. "Yes!" kind of guy. And his events always were absolutely worth attending. Lots of fun!

    <-( Rick says ;-)
I have a new found admiration for John. It is a Tom Sawyerness type admiration. I mean who else could post a house painting event and get people to come? The funny thing is I'm actually looking forward to it because I know it will be fun. On top of that I stand a good chance of working up a sweat doing it. Seems when ever John hosts an event I wind up sweating, ultimate, ice skating, now painting. What's next? Who knows, but what ever it is I'll be there if I can because I know it will be fun!

    <-( Frank says ;-)
this pic says it all (hopefully html works in testimonials) img src="http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e146/FFrank1/RC3_2007/P1010703.jpg">

    <-( Doug says ;-)
OK, I have to admit that I was pretty shocked that John had no testimonials. John is very cool, and he definitely "gets it". What I mean by that is that he recognizes the importance of getting out there and having fun, and going after what you want. John doesn't hesitate to have fun, even at his own expense. If John can make you laugh, even if it is at John, that makes John happy. He understands the importance of being goofy sometimes! I look forward to getting to know John better in the future.
