Stone soup Written By victoria 10/19/2009 click for full size We started with a chicken broth and added an assortment of vegies, mini meatballs, chicken breast, egg noodles, and some seasoning. Matched with a variety of breads and a bottle of wine, it was enough to keep us warm around the fire. We had plenty of soup, so everyone got to take a bit home. Since I read somewhere that it was National Chocolate Cupcake Day, I also whipped up some whipped topping topped chocolate cupcakes.(That must have been a lie though, because I'm sure Sheela would have posted it :) Delish! Fun! The soup looks perfect for a fall day, and those cupcakes look amazing! And given my love of cupcakes, I should've known to post any reason to celebrate cupcakes. :) |
