We went to this a few years ago and had a great time. They are lots of samples to try (including a free wine tasting section) and some products to buy if you are intereted. It was also fun seeing some of the demos and celeb chefs - I got to ask Robert Irvine (formerly of Dinner Impossible on Food Network) how much he benchpressed haha! So anyway, if you like food, it's fun and not too expensive. If you are hoping to see a particular demo or chef, check the schedule on the website because they are spread out over the day.
