Event Details Thanksgiving calories won't stand a chance! Challenge yourself and climb the Stairs of the Cathedral of Learning one floor at a time with your MeetIn friends. When: Monday, November 16, 6:00 PM - 1st climb, 6:15pm 2nd climb. Join us whenever you want, just call my cell. Where: Cathedral of Learning, the 1st floor elevators near Stairwell A. This event starts at 6 because that's when they stop enforcing the parking meters. It is often challenging to find parking, so if you're running late, no biggie, jump in anytime. Hint: Take the elevators down to save your knees. Advice: Bring water or a Camelbak (I also bring my inhaler!); it's a heated stairwell and can get hot even in cold weather. There are water fountains on most floors. Parking Advice: Park on South Craig or South Dithridge Street. It takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to go up 35 flights of stairs. **Tip: We often store our coats on the 36th Floor instead of laying on them on the elevator benches.*** Feel free to cross post, but if you cross post to another group, YOU are responsible for being the coordinator of group members...or just have em' sign up for MI!
