Consider this my RSVP for next year's Russian River's Barrel Wine Tasting...Blake organized a first class event - I haven't had that much fun in a long time! Thanks Blake!  <-( Senda says ;-)
Blake is a great guy who knows his wines. All his events are fun and I have learned so much more about wines. He always makes every event special. This last one was no exception - we had a great time and got to meet a couple of new folks. Thanks Blake.  <-( KC says ;-)
Ya gota watch Blake closely. He's a very nice guy, but you see, Blake has a distinct obsession. He is a self admitted oenophile. And moreover, if you have met Blake you will find out in short order that he will try, with all his might, to convert you and everyone to this, his particular preoccupation. He likes to do this with as many people and in as many places as possible. The man is clearly obsessed. I myself have fallen prey, from time to time, to the wiles of this intoxicating past time. Oh Yeah! It's fun. I just don't know how Blake can do it 24 hours a day, 365 1/4 days a year. Blake claims that it's just an easy lifestyle for himself and that it comes naturally. To date, the Government has yet to create an oenophile anonymous or even an oenophile self help group. Even if they did, I don't think Blake would attend. He says he's still having a good time. ohhhhhh, the horror, the horror.  <-( brooke says ;-)

Lisa is right! Blake is intriguing and oh-so-full of surprises! He is a man of many talents, interests and experiences-it is always a pleasure to be around him! Whether we're sharing enlightening conversation or I'm being pummeled with a feather-filled sack- with Blake, it's always exciting to see what might happen next!  <-( Lisa says ;-)

I thought about this and all I can say about Blake basically is he is the NICEST guy EVER!!!!! I wish I had something to tease him about but he's so damn nice I'm left without any amo! Blake, you rock! :)  <-( Jane says ;-)

Oh my gosh! How is it possible I have yet to give my testimony about Blake? Ok, here goes: Blake is awesome! With his knowledge of wine, sparkling wit and carefree smile, he is a blast to hang out with. I try not to miss a single wine event because I always know 2 things: the wine will be great, and the company will be wonderful.  <-( Katherine says ;-)
Blake is fun, creative, and oh so knowledgable about all the good stuff in life. Yay wine! Blake is excellent when paired with live music in a park, flamenco dancing, or good cheese. Caution with the chocolate, though. ;-)  <-( Erin says ;-)
I LOVE Blake! He is fun, funny, and will tolerate being photographed in any kind of funny glasses I put on him! He can talk about the weather in more detail than anyone I've ever met, but only when I ask him to. I'll go to an event just because he's going, because he's just so DARN much fun! Blake is sublime and seriously into wine. A wry sense of humor blended with introspection. A great addition to my bevy of friends and to MIPHX in general.  <-( Chris says ;-)
What can I say about Blake? This guy is the definitive resource for wineology. A mix of intellect, wit, and a touch of sarcasm is he. You must meet this guy, a quality individual for sure.  <-( Nikki says ;-)
I've know Blake for several years now. He definitely is a wonderful guy to be around - witty, attentive and just plain cool! He is VERY knowledgable and EXTREMELY passionate about wine but please don't be deterred - Blake makes a concerted effort to familarize everyone with the wine tasting world!!! Glad to see him in Meetin - he certainly makes a great addition!! Looking forward to those wine tasting events!!  <-( Richel says ;-)
