Favorite Books I don't read nearly as much as I used to since I finally have a bit more of a social life now but when I do pick up a novel now it's usually a techno-thriller or the like from authors such as Tom Clancy, Clive Cussler, Stephen Coonts, Dale Brown and Larry Bond.
Favorite TV Shows Lost, Everwood, Grey's Anatomy, House, 24, Family Guy, Jack & Bobby, Nip/Tuck, Medium, CSI, Las Vegas, The West Wing, Stargate SG-1, The Office, My Name is Earl (awesome show!), Everybody Hates Chris, The Simpsons, Grounded for Life, Wonderfalls, Beauty & the Geek, Survivor, Airline, Whose Line is it Anyway, and any of the great nature shows on the Discovery Channel... And yes, I'm aware there's a distinct possiblity that I may be watching too much television :-)

About Me I moved to Arizona from a small town in southern Oregon in order to attend design school and ended up staying here after I graduated in 2002. It took me a while but I eventually found a terrific job working as a graphic designer in the advertising department of one of the national department store chains. I love the outdoors so some of my favorite activities include camping up in Payson, tubing the Salt River, hiking in Sedona, boating on the local lakes, watching the sunset from South Mountain, or throwing a pool-side poker party & BBQ. However, I also enjoy hitting the town, so whether its listening to live music at an Irish Pub, dancing the night away at the club, catching a movie, having a drink and playing pool at a friendly, low-key bar or playing a round of miniature golf, I'm up for pretty much anything as long as it's not too far outside the bounds of legality!! ;D
Why I joined I've lived here in Arizona for a number of years now but unfortunately I've found that many of my friends from college have either moved out of state, started families or experienced other life changes that allowed us to eventually drift apart. MeetIn has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to meet some really great new people and expand my circle of friends. I feel very fortunate being able to look forward to spending each weekend hanging out with 40-50 of the funnest people in town! I'm a passionate, outgoing person with a wicked sense of dry humor and I believe in living life to the fullest no matter what, so if you see me at an event please be sure to say hello or else we may lose the potential for a terrific friendship!

Rowaaaaaaan! I have known Rowan longer than YOU have!!! Ha ha! OK Sara, you have me beat... Rowan and I went to school together in Tempe like 8 years ago. He's been a great friend over the years and has helped me through many an obstacle. Once he's your friend he's a TRUE friend. Loyal and honest. I am proud to call Rowan my friend and am lucky to know him...Plus, we had an awesome cruise to Cabo didn't we? :P

Rowan + Trip Planning = Absolute blast most def! Not to mention he can totally pull off a zuit suit. That's one sharp guy. And...one killer stud in formal attire and cabanna wear. Just wait till you see him rip it up on the dance floor, pitch a tent as big as a castle and organize a cabin crawl that would put anyone to shame. We love you!

Rowan ROCKS!! Definitely one of the sweetest and most fun-loving guys I've ever met. He's always quick with the hugs and makes you feel welcome and part of any event.
