I can count on Amanda to enthusiastically support anything that makes you think or challenge perceived boundaries. Even if she doesn't agree with you, she will give audience to your opinion. Adventure in living and learning make her a must have for staying out of the rut most make of our lives. Don't just follow her, although that can be great fun, learn from her. WTF  <-( Terri says ;-)
Amanda is a doll! I am looking forward to hanging with her again. She is a great Mommy too! Carried her little guy through the WOMAN'S EXPO, pushing his stroller,eating ice cream, drinking smoothings, talking, and people watching "ALL AT THE SAME TIME" WOW!!! Wonder Woman (AKA Amanda) is a wonderful, fun spirited person to be around. She is the one responsible for getting me hooked on Sushi... (Thanks Amanda!) She has an great personality and I am that much cooler for having hung out with her. She is sincere, outgoing, witty, funny, and how can you NOT like someone that loves wonder woman!? Congrats on the babies... If twins.. will that make them the Wonder Twins?  <-( Mark says ;-)
Amanda's positive vibe and infectious smile are the first things you notice about her. But then you realize she's smart, sharply funny, can talk about any subject. Plus, she doesn't seem to mind lugging around those twins in her belly. Did I say twins? Oh my. She and Jeff will be up their ears in poopy diapers in no time!  <-( Steve says ;-)
Amanda definately makes everyone feel welcome. And just look at her go I think she is going for most posted events. She isn't letting that baby slow her down.  <-( Krista says ;-)
Amanda’s openness and honesty will draw you to her, her quick wit and keen sense of humor will keep you laughing and her uncanny resemblance as wonder woman will help you feel as if all is safe with the world. She is a genuine friend. Her events are always entertaining and she is so much fun to be around. I am definitely interested in experiencing one of these much touted martinis, even if I have to wait until next year to share one with her!  <-( Bill says ;-)
Amanda has a zest for life that is apparent from the first time you meet her. She is very upbeat and a lot of fun to be around. Wonder Woman has nothin' on her. :)  <-( Emily says ;-)
My Mom says I'm not allowed to hang out with Amanda, but I can't stay away because she's so cool! She's unapologetically frank, never afraid to be herself, and will keep you on your toes. Don't let that scare you, because she is also incredibly welcoming. Her margaritas will knock you on your ass in record time, and who else can bust out a Wonder Woman costume at any given moment?  <-( Rob says ;-)
When I first met Amanda, she seemed like a fun person, but with a bit of a 'one track mind', but then I realized she thought meetin was a 'hook-up joint'! so, that explained some things lol After some time, she became more involved in the group and eventually hosted her Tina's Ethiopian Cafe event. In witnessing her in action with this, I was quite impressed. She was great at making people feel welcome, being organized, prepared, on-time, very detail-oriented, and cared that things went well... I enjoyed all of that, and well, not to say I didnt enjoy a bit of the former too. :) But, it was nice to see all these parts to Amanda existed and were developed as well. Always nice & easy bantering/chatting with her, and seeing her around! :)  <-( Bill says ;-)
It's wonderful to have Wonder Woman in MeetinPhx! : ) Amanda is one of the nicest people I have met - she's really outgoing and likes to talk to everyone, that's what makes her such a great Event Planner. She really raises the bar. I always look forward to going to her events and seeing her at any event!  <-( David says ;-)

Amanda is one of the most fun MiPx members ever - she has a great sense of humor, is open to just about anything, has something to say about just about every subject (a personal favorite of mine) and all around ROCKS. She is one of the people I always look for at an event, and if she tries to stop going to events, I will kick her ass :) Wonder Wooooooo!  <-( Chris says ;-)
I'm generally leary of tatooed people. You just never know when they'll jam a shank in your ribs and leave you to die in the shower! So naturally, Amanda's Wonder-Woman tattoo causes me to consider switching to baths. But seriously — her bold friendliness coupled with quirky, psuedo-glare looks will have you constantly wondering: "What does she know that I don't?" But most of all, she's fun and plans great events. She had the dubious honor of introducing this sushi virgin to the uncooked quisine and did a wonderful job — especially when she explained what I should do with the utensils. Her events are a must-see. If you attend only one event this season, make it Amanda's! Definitely two thumbs up — and a finger to boot! :-)  <-( Jill says ;-)
Who's that asleep on the futon?? Why its.... (da du du daaaaaaaaaaa), Wonder W00! Amanda is a lot of fun to hang around and you can always count on her to turn any conversation into something completely off the wall and inappropriate if it hadn't already started out like that at least. I met Amanda in a Bangkok brothel... no, wait, that was someone else on here. Kidding! I actually knew Amanda before she joined MIP. She's got a great sense of humor, is loads of fun and has a black belt in IKEA shopping. Loads of fun and full of energy - a great person to know.  <-( Remy says ;-)
Any time spent with Amanda is sure to be fun and upbeat. Amanda's vivacious and expansive nature make her a sure fire ingredient for a memorable time. It helps that she always enjoys taking a pleasant conversation to inappropriate places. More Testimonials >> |
