Sarah	Great time This was a great event! Thanks Remi! Actually Tony, there is such a thing as too much cheese & wine, if it causes someone (hint: he's Belgium) to throw a hunk of cheese from the opposing metro platform, but misses his target, and smacks you in the face instead...
Anthony	Haaaaaaaaaaaa Haven't had cheese nor wine for almost a week, now... Won't be able to take it much longer... Grrrrrrraaaaaaaaaa !! I compensate with Barklava, but it's not the same. PS : Eric, there is no such thing as too much cheese and wine. Never. Ever. Mistake.

Eric	Thank you Rémi!! It wasn't cheese gorging nor wine binging, but I didn't learn a lot about wines or cheese either other than Brin d'amour from Cooorsica is great! Thanks Sarah for this rather pricy cheese? As usual, Rémi has been the perfect host, only willing to settle down with us for the later half after having served up a platter of delicious bread, grapes and charcuterie, not to mention the cheese and wine. He even distributed the remaining unopened cheese in "doggy bags" to us at the end of the soirée. Thanks rémi! I always feel so guilty after one of your tip top treatment!
