    About Me
I'm a classic introvert type. I'm usually shy around strangers, but I can open up once I'm comfortable around you (or less than sober...or both). I'm always looking to expand upon my social circle.
    Why I joined
Because someone told me it was a good idea. He was right.
My Best MEETin event story ( please only fill in after you have been to an event )
Whoa, too many to list. My personal favorite MiNY memories that come to mind right away are the drunken horseplay and truth or dare session at Steve's spring fling house party, dancing in the inflatable tent at Rumor, watching the go-go dancers (not to mention Melody from MiLA) shake their groove things at Lobby and Spirit, all the *bleep* that went on at the pajama party and all the body heat I got on the roof deck of MVP's building during the Holiday party. Ah, good times, good times. Looking forward to even more in 2005. *EDIT* Highlights of 2005- RAM/iRAM performing in public for the first time, MiNY "Overload Weekend" (Birthday bash at Club Deep, Italian brunch, the Gates at Central Park, Jello wrestling tournament and movie night in a span of one holiday weekend) MiNY "Overload Week" (Knicks game, Extra long HH, Birthday dinner and Spring Fling at Bar 13 in a span of 5 days), Returning to Jones Beach, Beer Tasting at Loreley, More birthday bashes than I care to remember, briefly holding the leadership, watching dragon boats race in Flushing Meadow while sweltering in 100+ degree weather, Halloween porn festival. What will 2006 bring? We'll see...

Ramon was the first person I met from MINY and set a good tone; welcoming and up for anything. Certainly one of the movers and shakers at MINY.

I didn't really get to talk to Ramon at the Karaoke Open Bar at Proof, but that's okay, because everything I need to know about people can be gleaned through the level of awesomeness they exhibit when song and drink are involved. And his level of awesomeness was extraordinary. He kept time with drum sticks! That's awesomeness times infinitiy, folks.

Ramon is Mr. Encyclopedia. He knows in and out of all the things that r happening in NY. I always enjoy Ramon's company and he is defintely an asset to the group and a great friend.

I've known Ramon longer than I've known just about anyone else in New York. In a city where people come and go, it's great to have a friend that really knows its ins and outs. He is a trusted and loyal friend.

Hmmm, Ramon is like a brother to me. He's kind, he's sweet, and forever upbeat and he gives the greatest bear hugs. I don't think you will ever meet someone as laidback as Ramon in Meetin. Trust me, you know the event will be worth it when he is there because he's always up on the latest information on anything you can imagine, whether its music, computers, travel, etc. He's got it all together so the next time you see Ramon at an event, give him a big hug and tell him "Melissa says you give the greatest bear hugs!!" Cheers! :>

I can't even think about a trip to NYC without contacting Ramon! He's attened 'WayneMania '05' WayneManpalooza '06' and even the SkaBrawl. A true lover of all types of music as well as the lagers - I'm proud to call him my bud! Whenever I'm in NYC - "It's Ramon time!'

    <-( Mekesia says ;-)
Ramon is a great person who knows how to have a good time. He's funny, nice, and sweet enough to spot me when I was short for dinner. Of course, I promised to pay him back during the upcoming kareoke event... :P So, see you then!

    <-( Carmel says ;-)
Ramon was kind enough to explain the MiNY vibe to me before my NYC trip in early January, and as a result, I stopped fretting about how many people were signed up for the HH and went on to enjoy my visit. It was great to finally meet Ramon at the FBPC Happy Hour and to hang out with him over a late dinner at Sammy's. Looking forward to seeing you again, Ramon, either on my next visit to NYC, or when you visit D.C.

Ramon has been an integral part of the group since day one. His ability to have fun and to make others have fun is what makes him so special. He has a wide variety of jokes and stories sure to have you falling off of your chair. If you haven't met him yet make sure to say a big HI to him when you do!

    <-( Stefanie says ;-)
Ramon cracks me up. He's sweet and welcoming to everyone. He's got good taste in cheesy 80s Brit-pop, he's very fun to talk to and he has some awesome stories involving KFC. However, be careful when he's rockin' the mic at Karaoke. You never know quite what you will hear...but chances are, it will have something to do with balls.

Ramon is one of the first people I've met and he made me feel right @ home w/everyone. He's hysterical, interesting, edgy yet laid back, and all around a great guy to have as a friend. Okay, Ramon Rocks.
