Event Hosted By Sami Jeff Link To Event Start slideshow Games, Drinks and Food make for a fun evening Written By Sami 02/10/2007 click for full size Thanks for everyone who made it out to Times Square to join us for dinner, drinks, and games at Dave and Buster's. Did anyone honestly expect to have a laid-back evening? Surely not! What started out as an innocent soiree over drinks from the bar, with too many people hovering over a small table, the evening became more extravagant as one of our lovely MEETin members secured the Board Room to celebrate Sami's birthday feast! (Thanks, David!) The dinner and libations were amazing, and the wait was definitely worth it. Even the members who made it out for the first time enjoyed themselves. Our dining experience was accentuated with music videos projected from the giant plasma screen TV mounted on the wall by the head of the table. The night's conversation drifted between topics, but by the time the evening was over, we all became more intimately acquainted with our equestrian friends. (You had to be there to understand!) After cake and a round of birthday shots, we headed into the midway to play the night away at games of skill, chance, and just plain fun.
