I just got back from Puerto Rico, and can’t think of a better place to see my mommy, Ming, get married. We first flew into San Juan, Puerto Rico and I got to see the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen in my (short) life. Since I’m not really waterproof, I had to sit in the hotel room while my daddy, Brandon, and his lady, Kelly, took a dip. We looked around Old San Juan and ate some great food. I can’t wait ‘til MEETinSANJUAN is up and running ;-) The next day we took a long drive to Fijardo to catch the Ferry to Vieques. I was happy to see my MEETinDC friends Denise and Diana waiting for me… and I was pleased to meet Ming’s maid of honor, Janet. We waited for a long time for the boat… but it was worth it because I found a lost puppy who is now my pet. I named him “Perito”. We arrived on Vieques and I couldn’t believe my eyes! It was like paradise on earth!! There were palm trees, blue water beaches, white sand… and our resort was so relaxing. I hung out all day by the pool and drank Pina Coladas with my friends, Parker and Jenny. I also bought a spiffy new hat that fits just right! It’s crocheted so it looks like it was made just for me! Then we went to my mommy’s wedding on the beach. It was so pretty!! The ceremony was very nice and relaxing. I didn’t have to wear a tuxedo and I even got to go barefoot. We had a great dinner… and then I danced the night away with all my friends! My mommy and Denny looked so happy… they’re gonna have many fun years together! More Photos

Carmel	Aww! What a great vacation! So happy to see you were there for Ming's wedding, but where's your tux? That's ok, your Amsterdam shirt made for good island wear, since you left your tiki wear in D.C.
