Event Hosted By Mark Start slideshow TOSCA and the incredible Tomato Soup Written By Mark 11/09/2005 click for full size 7 MiDDF members went classical on Tuesday and attended a wonderful performance of TOSCA at the Düsseldorf Opera House. Joanna, Juergen, Mark, Puru, Rachael and Stefan were joined my our new Australian member Angelique. We enjoyed 2 hours of the most enthralling drama. From the applause at the end of the concert, you could tell alot of people had enjoyed the performance. To finish the evening we all retired to the "Balthasar" restaurant in the Alstadt for some pasta and after show drinks. It was obvious the Opera had affected some people as Joanna preceded to order a cocktail drink followed by the LARGEST bowl of tomato soup anyone had ever seen. See the photos for evidence. puru	great event This was my first opera event and I really enjoyed it. The performance was great and music was very nice. It was not difficult to understand since I read the story before. Anyway it was a new and nice experience. Thanks to Mark for this wonderful event !
