Event Hosted By Nancy Start slideshow Poncho Sanchez@Santa Monica Pier Written By Nancy 07/01/2006 click for full size It was a fun filled night at the Santa Monica Pier last Thursday with Poncho Sanchez and his latin jazz band as they launched the Pier's yearly summer concert series. Hilary, Wally, Marissa and I first met up for happy hour at Ye Old Kings Head Pub before heading to the concert. Once there, we got ourselves a spot with a great view of the stage and met up with the rest of the gang - Reena, Hero, Darren, Felicia and Robin. Apparently, Andrea 1 was somewhere in the crowd but did not find us. Anyway, everyone had a great time listening to songs like Tin Tin Deo, Watermelon Man, Out Of Sight, El Conguero, Oye Como Va, etc. We got to dance a little too, especially Hero & Reena. Thanks to all who made it to the event! Personal welcome to the group to Wally, Felicia, Robin & Marissa (although theyve attended a few events already)!!! YEY!
