Event Hosted By Melody Start slideshow First Karaoke & Games Night of 2007! Written By Melody 01/16/2007 click for full size about 4 million people crammed into my place for a raucus karaoke/games night. it started out as the suzy show (and we do love the suzy show!). the rest of us were just trying to keep our minds off of the fact that we had to pee and there was no water because the landlord was fixing the pipes. after a couple of hours, though, the pipes were fixed, and once the mass exodus from the bathroom was done, karaoke took off with a vengeance. the highlight, of course, was andrew's long-promised rendition of "we're not gonna take it," but with the help of laura's Giant Box O' Karaoke, we had some pretty darn impressive performances. i whipped up some baked ziti and carrot cake, and prima and suzy kicked off "the amazing race." after a while, the need for food overpowered the race, so we all ate ourselves silly and then returned to the festivities. we played a very loud round of "name that tune" and finished the night with-- what else-- cranium, plus an amazing spectacle of play doh art compliments of gil/navjit, suzy, and erica. i definitely had a great time-- looking forward to the next one, and thanks to everyone who made this such a fun night! :) More Photos
