LET'S GO NASCAR RACING! 10/10&10/11
* Note to Meetin Friends -- This is not a travel agency or other spam type promotion. I learned about this promotion at the Staples Center. I then saw the Chevy girls handing out flyers at a couple of local level NASCAR Races and took that information and posted it on this website for anyone else who might like NASCAR Racing and Team Chevrolet like I do!
So far, the response to this Chevy Promotion has been outstanding! Don't wait until the last minute to enter this free sweepstakes where the grand prize is a $1,600 package to go to the PEPSI 500 NASCAR race in Fontana, CA the weekend of October 10th and 11th.

Anyway, the flyer says there is no purchase necessary. I've entered and haven't recieved any junk mail, spam e-mails or any calls from local sales people. I did get an e-mail message from Chevrolet Racing thanking me for entering. It said I would be notified after October 2nd if I won.
You do have to be a California Resident to win, per the residency restrictions listed on the website. The approximate value of the prize is a $1,600.00!!! Not bad for just entering a sweepstakes!
The promotion ends on October 2nd, 2009 so they can pull a winner and get that person and their guest to Fontana the next weekend, October 10th and 11th, 2009.
Here are the only drawbacks that I know of: Rules say the winner has to be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license to prove who they are if claiming the grand prize; the prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and there is no cash prize instead of the prize package.
