Probably, Forrest Gump. The truth is I really don't have an ultimate favorite. Bend It Like Beckham and Water Boy are my favorite comedies. Renaissance Man is my favorite inspirational teacher movie. A few other movies that haunt me-- Life is Beautiful, The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman, Real Women Have Curves, Remember the Titans, and Hotel Rwanda. |

About Me
Well, I see my profession as my calling. I love what I do, but it's hard to connect with people in my age group. I spend most of my time with teenagers, and most of my co-workers are much older or younger than me.
I am married, but I have no pets, and I do not plan to have children.
I think I'm a loving person with a lot of creativity, energy, and humor when I feel comfortable with the people I'm hanging out with. I'm down to earth. I don't have to spend a lot of money, get all dressed up, or even get into a super deep conversation to have a good time, but I like doing all of these on occassion. |
Why I joined
I really want to be more socially active! I've found it really hard to meet people in their thirties who are looking to form friendships, but I'm hoping I've finally found a good place to start. |
My Best MEETin event story ( please only fill in after you have been to an event )
So far, I've loved every event I've been to, but Ginger Man was my favorite. I usually am NOT all that into happy hours, but it was truly fun meeting so many Meetin. folks, and the hard cider I had was superb as was the little trip we took to the Turkish grill next door. Now, I'm truly looking forward to the book club Elena started.

Ayn is great. She's active and likes to do many different things. I dont think I've heard one type of event that she isn't interested in trying. She is a great person to talk to--easy flowing, interesting conversations.

Ayn is so conversational and can really talk about ANYTHING. It's a pleasure to spend time with someone so well-rounded. It's especially a pleasure for me, b/c she's a reader and enjoys the theatre.
