I got there and munched on chips and (warm!?) salsa while I waited. As I sat there for a bit, I realized I'd been there before with Bronwen. The place has a comfortable vibe to it, and surprisingly a wide range of options (from the really greasy to the extremely healthy). Melissa, Robert, Bobby, Connor, Adam and Aaron all showed up and the ordering frenzy began. As I was picking up my order, Eduardo showed up. He thought the event started at 7p, which was okay, b/c Jax Grill serves up their orders fast. Before I could take a second bite of my fajita, Eduardo had ordered and received his burger! Eduardo told us all about camping down on Mustang Island over Labor Day and meeting up with some of the MiSA folks. They enjoyed great weather and had a really good time! He also invited us to go see a movie with him afterward, but it was a school night and we all declined. :( We missed Brad from MiPhilly, but hope he found some equally fantastic establishment in Houston to enjoy!
