Event Hosted By CJ Start slideshow C.J.'s Going-Away Bash Written By CJ 08/28/2005 click for full size What a great night! Thanks to everyone who came out to our dual celebration. In addition to throwing a bash for C.J. leaving (for South Carolina... what's up with that?), it was also Jese's birthday. We started the afternoon with a few rounds of putt-putt golf. Though you might not know it from the pictures, there was some actual golf played. After that, it was on to dinner, where the crowd grew to about 25 people. The restaurant appeared more than a bit unprepared to handle a group of our size, but we had fun anyway. Again, thanks to everyone who contributed to the bill for C.J. and Jese, and who made sure that our overworked waitress went home happy. After dinner, we visited the old standby, The Front Porch. By this time we were roughly an hour behind the anticipated schedule, so we didn't stay long. I attempted to get C.J. drunk on shots, but he politely declined after a quick sip and some bizarre facial gestures. The evening was finished off with dancing at Polyesther's.
