Event Details A silent art auction and sale is being sponsored by the City of Greenwood Village Arts & Humanities Council on Saturday, November 7th from 5:30-8:00pm. The event will be held at the Curtis Arts & Humanities Center located at 2349 East Orchard Rd, Greenwood Village, CO 80121. Tickets for the event are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Admission will include; food, wine and music and proceeds will benefit a scholarship offering for a 2010 high school graduate from the Arapahoe County School District who is pursuing a degree in the arts. The auction will feature replicas of the Curtis School House Bell that will be individually painted or decorated by local Colorado artist and will reflect the artist’s individual talents and skills. The school house, which is currently utilized as the Arts and Humanities Center for the city of Greenwood Village, was one of the original structures within the community. The opportunity to view and bid on the “bell” of your choice, while supporting a worthy educational cause should offer a fun and enjoyable evening.
