Event Details Event Details Celebrating Ski Season/Schussbaumer Open House 2009 Ski / Party / Stay OverNight in Breckenridge on Friday and Saturday. Are you ready for the ultimate ski/party weekend? Remember it is the opening weekend for Breckenridge so get your passes out and get ready to ride the white ribbon of death!!!! Mark you calendars for Friday, November 13th & Saturday, November 14th. For just $45, you will get the following: - A bunk bed at the Schussbaumer Chalet, located at the base of the road to Peak 8 in Breckenridge, on Friday, Nov 13th and/or Saturday, Nov 14th. Men and women sleep on separate floors. You can check out this chalet at http://www.schussbaumer.com The link to their bunk beds is at http://www.schussbaumer.com/com/chalet_features.cfm.html - Snacks/Apps on Friday night -Dinner On Saturday night. One of our resident chefs Gerry will be hosting a make your own pizza party A Bar Crawl of Breckenridge hosted by our very own Todd Baldini -Breakfast on Saturday morning. Since this chalet can sleep 72 people, we can throw one heck of a party! The chalet has the following features: · A full bar with 4 kegs on tap (I think their charter mandates that they always maintain 4 kegs on tap at all times). YOU MUST BE 21 TO ATTEND since we have a bar! · A commercial size kitchen that is a lot of fun to cook in. - a Grill. · A huge fireplace with about 6 months worth of firewood kept right outside the door. · It’s own stop on the Breckenridge ski shuttle line right outside the front door, which takes you to the mountain. -A ping Pong Table and Foozeball table. If you are interested in becoming a member, current membership dues are $495/year, which will give you unlimited access to the Chalet for an entire year. That means that you can stay there whenever you want !!! No Reservations. You will not get a sales pitch from a used car salesman!!!! If you decide to join the chalet, they will deduct the $45 application fee (which will be used to perform a background check) from the $45 fee that they will collect for the weekend. Even though the Chalet is looking to increase its membership, they will not be giving you a sales pitch or apply any pressure on you to join the club!! I will ask everyone to let me know ASAP if they would like to attend one or both nights. Remember, the $45 entitles you to stay over both nights! The $45 is payable upon your arrival, which will be after 6pm on Friday or Saturday. Even though the Chalet will be providing you with pillows and blankets, you must bring your own sheets or sleeping bags, pillowcases, and towels. You may want to bring your own pillow and blanket in case they run out of their supply or if you want extra blankets.
