About MING!!!
Graduated from Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, Ming is an exhibiting artist in Baltimore and DC area but a professional art educator in MD.
She had the traditional art training all her life and is familiar with all mediums in fine art, such as painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, fiber, ceramic, pottery, photography. She also has experience in curating art shows during her residency in Baltimore. Her ambition is to gather artists among MEETinDCers and create an exhibiting artists community.
Ming became a member of MEETinDC upon moving into DC in 2002, and got very involved in all sorts of events. She hosts the DuPont Circle Art Walk, Artists Workshops, Girls Stitch-N-Bitch Craft-on, Event Planning Event. She also participates in other events in MEETinDC. Like others, she wants to help MEETinDC and keeps it a welcoming community.
