Jan Louis never calls or writes. He just loves. His love is so big you can feel it from across the globe. Sooo biggggg...  <-( Kamal says ;-)
First, I really like Jan because he always seems like he woke up late with a hangover after drinking too much the night before. Somehow, I have a lot of respect for that. Second, I'm glad to hear he's dating a lot more after word spread how much he resembles me. And Mario Van Peebles.  <-( Hilary says ;-)
Jan-Louis was a great host to me when I was visiting with the MiDCers and he helped make things run smoothly. After years of board posts, it was really good to get to know him better in person. From my short visit, I got that he's a kind person with good instincts and a good sense of humor, all traits one can find in a person worth being friends with. Thanks for everything JL, hope you make it out this way sometime :)  <-( Paul says ;-)
Beware of "Darth J-Lo's" Lazer Tag Warcry! Scary enough to make even "The Terminator" paralyzed in fear! I love the quotes he has for each event. I think I host the Lazer Tag events at Ultra Zone just so I can see what J-Lo will write in the RSVP Comments each time! Truly Classic!  <-( Dalia says ;-)
OK, so I’m leaving JLo’s 75th comment. Seriously, that alone should tell you something. This guy is SUPPER cool and SUPPER popular. He is nice, sweet, kind, caring, lovable, and very very very huggable. When you see JLo at an event you know you are going to have a good time. He will always make you feel like you’re an old friends whom he has missed dearly, even if he just met you last week and the last time he saw you was yesterday. I LOVE this guy!!!  <-( Ken says ;-)
J Lo is incredibly kind and remarkably insightful. He's one of my favorite people to run into in my travels through the northeast, (and mid-Atlantic, for all you geography geeks out there). I would gladly give my last beer to him, and that's saying a lot because I really like beer, (really though, it's a safe bet because I'm pretty sure he'd share it with me -- he's just that kind of guy). Jean Louis needs to be cloned, because he is invaluable. He cooks the most delicious fried plantains I've ever had. And he has an eye for interior design that would make HGTV producers jealous. He has the limelight at many events because he's funny, smart, and opinionated. JL, it's a pleasure to know you; I’m lucky to be your friend.  <-( Angel says ;-)
JLo... JLo... hmmm... Other than being forgetful, now that he is getting up there in age, and being one of only a few Latin men I know without rhythm, is a very fun, very caring, very sincere and very lovable guy who apparantly gives great massages. If you meet him, and are female :), ask him for one.  <-( Nicole says ;-)

Of course, this is just fluff on top of all the other testiminials that JLo has:) These testimonials just reinforce the fact that JLo is just so fabulous! He has it all - he can cook, he's very knowledgeable, he knows DC and he is just a ton of fun to be around!  <-( Adrienne says ;-)
Three event testimonial: Event 1 The Apple House: He allowed me to carpool with him to the Apple House as we all enjoyed the foliage and conversation on the drive. He keeps the conversation going. Event 2 Event planning smackdown: First time I got to see you working that shirt & tie thing.....looking good Mr. JL! Event 3 Cooking club w/JLo: A man under pressure to perform, yet still had a great sense of humor through it all and performed superbly! A true sport and a good time to be had when hanging out with Jan Louis (registered trademark)! Keeps it real, and real funny! J.Lo oozes charm, wit, and class. His big warm soul can heat microwavable dinners in under a minute and his welcoming demeanor can even make the Grinch turn a new leaf. I seek him out at events for big ol' bear hugs and Cuban kisses. He's the sweetest there is!  <-( Valenka says ;-)

Jan Louis is old school. JLo has the best hats! I swear you will get it back soon. JLo is a great cook. He is super smart and knows about obscure funny moives. What was the one you were telling me about at Linny's? He is a William Shatner like and country karoake god. So ladies he is domesticated, funny, and smart. What more do you need. BTW, the real JLo wants her name back, lol.  <-( Jamie says ;-)
I just want to add what a great sport this guy is. JLo without a doubt has a great sense of humor and takes a joke very well:) Glad I got to meet this guy during the Hawaiian party. His positive energy is contagious and he is a lot of fun to be around. <-( A-L-I-S-O-N says ;-)

JL knows what a good time is. He's also a great SOTG host, making sure everybody makes it to that island of MI-ers (which he staked out three hours ago before nearly anybody got there just so that you could have a seat) in the middle of the mobs of crazed movie-goers.
