I had heard about Jamie before I moved to DC, but I wasn't prepared for precisely how amazing this woman is! She's an outdoors maven, should-be-Pro-beader, champion chef, and hostess extraordinaire (now helped by her equally amazing, and charming husband), among other things...and all with her extraordinary friendly and open personality!  <-( Bonnie says ;-)
I just met Jamie last night. What a wonderful person and interesting one at that! She loves camping, we love camping! John and I can't wait to attend another event that Jamie will attend as well. And maybe we won't have to scream at each other this time. :O) A+ for this gal.  <-( A-L-I-S-O-N says ;-)
This testimonial is loooo-oooong overdue! Jamie is vibrant, adventurous, and sweet. And.. y'know, she likes Tori Amos.. which is just icing on the cake. I'm so glad I got to know that awesome gal and was brave enough to venture out on some of her outdoors-y excursions! ;-D  <-( Xavier says ;-)
Thank's Jamie for coming to my Bday diner. It was an honour for me to meet one of the legend of Meetin as you are a part of the famous Meetin Twin's sister but also the queen of the camping. Wow. Jamie is unbelievable. I first met her at the Assateague beach camping event and had a blast hanging out in OC afterwards. The Shenandoah camping trip couldn't have been better, and its all because of her crazy-awesome organizing and outdoor skills. She also has great taste in wine ;) Can't wait til next time!  <-( Scott says ;-)
Jamie likes serious outdoor stuff. She hiked four mountain-miles on a recovering leg injury without a complaint. She organizes mass camping events and shrugs off the inevitable problematic campers. All this and she was still in a good mood at the end of the weekend. She gets i>Superheroine/i> status in my book.  <-( Christine says ;-)
Jamie is credited with giving me my first ever camping experience at Assateague. She made it easy by ensuring that all 80 of us were signed in properly, well fed, spoiled rotten and had a fabulous time. I envy her for her organizational skills, almost as much as I envy her for her ever-perfect curls. Plus, Jamie’s an environmentalist, a big cool + in my book :) Jamie, you rock! I partied with you, I cooked and tanned with you, and now I look forward to your next events. Sign me up for the camping club!  <-( CharAnn says ;-)
OMG I am way behind in my testimonials. Jamie will always be the beautiful Galadriel to me. I believe we originally met at a crab fest at Ming's. We met again when she changed into Galadriel, lol. But then we met few and far in between. But I got to spend the most time with her ever at Assateague '05. I quickly learned why some many often referred to her as the camping Queen. She organized a camping event for well over 100 people and kept them all fed and happy and in tents. She is as beautiful as she is amazing and funny with gorgeous long curly red hair. I love redheads, lol. I also got to spend some time with her in VaBeach. But seriously, looking forward to Assateague '06.  <-( Seema says ;-)
I try to be first whenever I see that Jamie has posted an event because I know that not only will I get to have a great time, but that I'll also get to spend time with someone that I think of as a friend. If you are spending time with Jamie, I can promise you good conversation, good food, a fair amount of beer, and an adventure.  <-( satguru says ;-)
Jamie is definately one of a kind, & "The Undisputed Camping Queen!!!'. Her infectious personality makes her an instant friend to everyone she meets. She brings out the best qualities in everyone she's with and makes everyone really feel like a part of the group. A true representative of the "meet-in vibe". Gotta luv 'ya.  <-( Brett says ;-)
Camp Goddess is RIGHT! As if she needed yet ANOTHER testament to that fact - here it goes. Jamie and her comrade-at-arms Krista put together one hell of an event! This thing took a lot of planning I can tell you - from the content of the email updates alone, there had to be so many things to tie together. .... and yet: it came off as one of the best (if not the best) MIDC events I have yet been to! What a great job. Jamie is a fantastic planner, a great "commander" for this "First Sergeant", and knows how to mix with all kinds of people - veterns and newbies alike! 3 cheers for the Camp Commander!!  <-( Kevin says ;-)

Jamie is the best twin sister a girl could ever ask for. I recently went on the Assateague camping trip and had a great time. Thanks Jamie for planning this event. I don't think I have had this much fun since my college days in Australia or the hot tub incident. Jamie is a real outgoing person who will include everyone one in an event and make them feel special. She is truely the camping Queen. I wonder when the camping Queen will take on yosemite with me again. Details to follow...  <-( Michael says ;-)
Jamie is amazing. She gives an incredible sense of caring whenever you talk to her, even when she's got 90 or so people on an island camping trip to worry about. ;) And despite being a person of great stature and accomplishment, she's very down to earth and easy to talk to. Definitely another one of those people I feel very fortunate to have met.  <-( Aurore says ;-)
Jamie is one of the first persons I met through Meetin. She has always a positive attitude, she's very friendly with everybody, she's got a good sense of humor and she's very good at organizing outdoor events. You've got to know her !  <-( King says ;-)
The Queen of Camping is getting ready to add Queen of Snowboarding to her list of title. Had a great time with you snowboarding and look forward to the next snow event as well as your upcoming camping trips!  <-( Michele says ;-)
You have to love a girl who is outdoorsy, kind and genuine. I am so proud of her for putting in a 110% into boarding. I had a great time with her on the slopes and look forward to the next boarding adventure!! :-D  <-( Chris says ;-)

Jamie is the best. Even though she keeps trying to kill me on camping trips (hurricanes, food poisoning . . .) I still had a great time, and I am still determined to make it through an entire weekend of camping. But there is more to Jamie than just camping. She attends a huge number events and is always there smiling and having a good time.
