(We were scouting the route for the Blooms, Bikes & Beer event, and John L. took a NASTY spill on his bike going down the hill from the zoo to the rose garden.) Once we finally got to REI and joined up with the rest of the MIPLers, we had a great evening learning new tips for cooking, dealing with water and cleaning up in the outdoors.
