Carl is great at making everyone feel included in the events he hosts. I had a great time at last nights new member happy hour(s). He also had a great Halloween costume.  <-( Karen says ;-)
Carl is great. He always wants to be sure everyone feels included and is having a great time. Carl is so upbeat and a lot of fun to be around a real sweetheart in my book.  <-( Becca says ;-)
Carl is a sweetie! So sweet in fact, that he's like the 2nd brother I never had (jk). Such good times we've had, though, especially at campin'. Carl is great at hosting events talking, and taking care of everybody involved. He makes sure all the details are in place beforehand and that everybody is informed of them. He'll even cook you breakfast on occasion. Carl makes everybody feel welcome and included in the group.  <-( Erin says ;-)
I'm sending a search party out for Carl. I haven't seen him in a year. Where are you Carl?  <-( Mike says ;-)
Carl is one of the most outgoing, helpful, dedicated people I've ever met. He's a great guy and brings a lot to the group. I'm looking forward to spending more time with him in the future.  <-( Bob says ;-)
The problem with Carl is how reserved and shy he is, it’s just so hard to get him to come out of his shell :) - you will realize how funny this comment is within 30 seconds of meeting him. Once I got over how impressed I was with Carl’s camelback contents at the L.A.T.E. ride, I saw what a great guy Carl is. He definitely makes everyone new and old feel comfortable at any MiC event! A great mix of interests and always the life of the party… See you at the next one!  <-( John says ;-)
What can I say? All the other Meetin peeps have painted an accurate picture of Carl. The first time I met him, he approached me. Very friendly, approachable and helpful. I was immediately impressed because that's my style too. He's definitely got the right mix of personality traits and qualities that make him a perfect fit for MiC. A PSA though: If you see ducks while he's around, hold onto your bagels! =)  <-( Sam says ;-)
Carl simply rocks -- made my first outing at MeetIn quite the experience indeed. Luckily, what happens at MeetIn stays at MeetIn. That's all I'm gonna say. Now where did I leave those latex chaps again?  <-( Evan says ;-)
How can I praise the guy who made me feel so welcome when I arrived at my first big event? I don't know. All I can say is... stay clear of this guy if you are the least bit shy; he will tear down your inhibitions one by one and before you know it, you will be addicted to MiC. Carl is an awesome guy that has sooo many layers. He's the life of a party, making everyone laugh. He's a great listener if you have something serious on your mind. He likes Hairbanger's Ball, and Tim McGraw. From hiking and biking to drinking and dancing, there's not much Carl hasn't tried or isn't willing to try. He's even a good cook, if you are willing to wait for it. ;-) Thanks for being you, Carl!  <-( Mandy says ;-)
Carl was a BLAST to hang with at the spring party. He has a great sense of humor and is always keeping everyone laughing. Just an all around great guy and fun to be around!  <-( Katie says ;-)
Woo hoo! Our new whipping boy! I knew after his first event that he would become addicted to MIC just like the rest of us. Carl- we are glad you could join us b/c you also add something to an event (even if it is just corny jokes). :-)  <-( Carrie says ;-)
I've only met Carl once, but that one time made him very testimonial worthy. He spent an entire Saturday helping me move and he was cheerful and cheered others on the whole time he did it. He's one sunny, intelligent and compassionate individual! Too, he's knows good Mexican food! What more could you ask for?!  <-( Tracy says ;-)
Carl is my favorite event leader! He makes sure all his participants are happy and well taken care of. I just recently discovered he is a Kid Rock fan, same as me. That definitely is a plus in my book. I will gladly remove spiders from his presence any time he needs it.  <-( Liz says ;-)
Wow...where do I even begin with Carl? If you're ever looking for the perfect mix of nerd, outdoorsman, and photographer, make a point of meeting this guy! He is an absolutely hilarious person with an adventuresome spirit and a witty mind. Thanks for the good times Carl! I look forward to hanging out with you more!  <-( Cliff says ;-)
For a guy who rides a Mountain bike, Carl's one cool dude. Seriously though, even as a relatively newcomer to the group, Carl's jumped in with both feet...although he may regret that the more he realizes what he's gotten into. A welcome addition and just a fun person to hang out with. Oh, and avoid the two of us when we're discussing the finer points of bicycles unless you're either really into it also, or took some vivarin beforehand.  <-( Kristen says ;-)
Carl is still fairly new to MiC but it didn’t take long for him to jump right in be not only an active member but now an event planner too! What’s next? Leader? Just goes to show that being a member of MiC can be as much or as little as you want it to be. We’re lucky that he found us and fortunately for us, we didn’t scare him away. If the fact that he made a testimonial for his own profile doesn’t tell you something about him, then you just need to meet him to get the whole Carl experience!  <-( Carl says ;-)

Carl has been in MeetIn less then a month now, but has jumped in with both feet. Skank is an easy-going good guy who is much smarter than Hugh.  <-( Amy says ;-)
Carl is so nice! He is "the mountain man" and I can't wait to go on one of his adverterous outdoor events. He likes to make people smile, which is such a rare and wonderful quality. I'm glad I met Carl and I look forward to seeing him at other events. More Testimonials >> |
