Last spring you might recall we went up to Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee, this spring we headed to Warrenville to visit Two Brothers Brewery. We enjoyed lunch a the restaurant, then went on a tour. The guide, who also happened to be the General Manager of the Brewery, was very informative and entertaining. He showed us the eqipment and talked about the history of Two Brothers. After the tour, we went back to the restaurant where he brought out several trays loaded with samples of the the various beers they had on tap. The favorite amoungst the group seemed to be the Northwinds Imperial Stout. If you weren't able to join us on this trip, I recommend a visit at your earliest convenience.
